About Glenn

Practical, not vague.

I'm a Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Counsellor — completing the Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy under Gordon Young at the Institute of Applied Psychology, and the Diploma of Counselling. Before this work I spent twelve years as a remedial massage therapist, which taught me how much of what people carry in their thoughts also shows up in their bodies.

Hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy go where talking can't. They work with the patterns underneath the pattern — the part of you that's been running the show without your input. Sessions are tailored. You come as you are.

Outside of the practice I'm with my family, on my bike, with friends, in the kitchen, forever learning. And music.
